Here is the very first episode of the Small Group Leader Lifter. Since this is the first one, it's obviously a work in progress :-) Your feedback and ideas on improving this resource would be greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: If you downloaded the MP3 yesterday (Jan 9) you should redownload it! Our Worship Pastor Extraordinare Andrew helped me clean up the quality of the sound. Now it sounds a LOT better! Thanks Andrew!
